My stay at Villa Estrella Mar was nothing short of exceptional. The private suites were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views that made every moment feel special. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The meals were another highlight—each one chef-prepared, delicious, and presented with impressive attention to detail. From start to finish, Villa Estrella Mar delivered an unforgettable blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Breathe taking! Not only the location but the service and food! The host made it so much fun with the crazy delicious drinks made at the pool and during happy hour - or any time of the day for that matter. The food was like eating at a 5 star restaurant. And they had quite a variety. The waves crashing at night was the best medicine for a great night sleep. Massages on the balcony with the ocean in the background was icing on the cake! Very short walk to downtown shopping and beach. The rooms were massive with great bedding and comfortable beds. We will return!

Villa Estrella Mar was an incredible place to stay, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, and that feeling stayed with us throughout the entire visit. Oscar deserves special recognition. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, comfortable, and stress-free. His professionalism, attentiveness, and positive energy made a huge difference and truly elevated our stay. The cooks were also outstanding. Every meal was prepared with care, flavor, and consistency, making dining at the villa something we looked forward to each day. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate preferences made each meal feel personal and special. The villa itself is beautiful, but it’s the people—especially Oscar and the amazing cooks—who made the experience unforgettable. Their dedication and hospitality turned a great stay into an exceptional one. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Villa Estrella Mar to anyone looking for top-tier service and a memorable experience.

my husband and I just got back from the villa, and I'm having a problem getting back to reality. the rooms, (all of them) were unbelievable, I didn't leave ours for one day, just laying in my beautiuful bed, watching the ocean, boats, whales, and listening to the waves... reading a book!!!.. oh, then having a great breakfast, lunch and dinner, just steps away. honestly, everything was perfect, food, ambiance( the art is like being in a museum) drinks, service, staff, Oscar deserves a service award, Lola, the chef, another award....honestly, it's paradise..

This was my second stay at Villa Estrella Mar and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of our trip. The staff was fantastic, going the extra mile to make sure our vacation was easy, care-free, and that we always had a drink in our hands. Estrella Mar is perfect for an extended family getaway or a birthday celebration since you get a level of personalization and privacy that you’d never get at a run-of-the-mill resort. The sunsets were magical, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the meals were fabulous. It was wonderful having meals personally prepared at the villa by the in-house chef. The convenience and Mexican charm of the villa is unmatched. If you’re looking for a relaxing, care-free escape in Mexico, Villa Estrella Mar should be at the top of your list!

Villa Estrella Mar exceeded our expectations. The staff are so consistent , kind, funny and always on top of it. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The views are spectacular and th sound of the ocean can’t be beat! Thank you Oscar, Lola, Juan, Frank and Arturo are fabulous! Highly recommend this villa

Absolute Paradise!! Every attention to detail is met. Villa was stunning upon arrival, room that we had was incredible, the staff was very attentive and the food was AMAZING. This was the first trip to PV, don’t know how you could top it. If you are considering a vacation this Villa should be at the top of your list. We will be back and our friends that we talked to about it can’t wait as they are all in for a trip to here.

Villa Estrella Mar is hands down one of the most incredible places I’ve ever stayed. The views are unreal — every room looks out over the ocean, and the sunsets from the balcony feel straight out of a movie. The villa itself is stunning, full of beautiful Mexican art and details that make it feel both luxurious and warm. The staff were amazing — friendly, thoughtful, and somehow always one step ahead of what we needed. The food was a highlight too; the chef made every meal feel special. It’s also just a short walk to town, so you get the best of both worlds: total relaxation and easy access to all the fun in Puerto Vallarta. This was my 6th time here and again, I didn’t want to leave — already planning when I can go back.
